Amariah's rash doesn't seem to be going away. We have been to the doctor here and used the medicaine he gave us. But Amariah is still so itchy and is up alot of the night crying becasue of it. I can't wait to take him to a doctor in Canada. Poor guy. So, we are leaving for Canada tomorrow. We don't feel ready, but we are trusting that this is what we are to do. We have both been working lots here. I have been developing some curriculum and Patrick has been teaching kindergarten. We are also involved in some ministry too. Patrick's dad is driving up our vehicle and is going to meet us in Mission. Then we are going to drive to Terrace. I am going to chaporone my high school students on a trip to a youth conference. And then I will be returning to my previous job as a high school teacher. In the meantime we are also applying for my interview with the US immigration and will be waiting to be told when I can have an interview. We also desire to share in some churches about the work here in China. Patrick would also like to volunteer in a Bible camp for a couple of weeks if the door is open. So, that is our present scoop. We can't wait to see alot of you and share more stories with youin person.

Movie Critique, Sort of...
So, The Passenger wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It was actually very intriging throughout the whole movie and I was anxious to see how it would pan out, but before we reached the end all three of us watching the movie called the ending. That was disappointing. I guess I was expecting to be surprised by a brilliant ending, like I was with The Illusionist, but it didn't happen. Oh well...that's my movie critique for awhile.
So, I have so many stories to share, but never enough time to write them, I will have to share them verbally when I return to Canada, or maybe I will occasionally bust out a China story on here for fun. One I hope to bust out before I leave China is the time I was offered a drink of Maple Syrup.
Well, my friend is coming over in a few, so I gotta jet.
Luvs to all.

Writing just because...
Good Morning,
I am up and getting ready for another full day of work. We have been so busy lately there is absolutely no food in this house. I guess I will pick up something on the way to work, and PAtrick will have to take Amariah out.
I just finished doing the dishes. I will not miss doing the dishes here when we return to Canada. Because of the unsafe water issue we have been boiling water and putting the cleaned dishes in it. When we return we want to buy a sanitizer, which alot of Chinese people have to ensure clean dishes.
Anyway, Gotta run.
Two Trips to the Hospital.
Hi All,
So sorry that I haven't been keeping you up with our adventure. I am at work now, so I must be brief, but I just wanted to share about Amariah. I just got a call from Patrick. He had to rush Amariah to the hospital. Amariah had a collision with our coffee table, which opened up his forehead. Patrick said that Amariah got 5 stitches in the forehead. The doctor said that the cut was pretty deep, therefore all 5 stitches on inside the wound and Patrick says you can't even see them. Patrick said that getting the stitches was worse than the collision with the coffee table. Amariah made quite the fuss and it took two nurses and Patrick to hold him down for the stitches. Poor guy. I just feel sick in my stomach that I wasn't there. but anyway. Amariah and Patrick are on their way home now and Patrick says Amariah is doing well.
That was the second hospital visit this week for Amariah. Last sunday we took Amariah in because his whole body broke out in eczema and was oozing liguid. And his eyes were swollen as well. He looked like a scaley tomato. And he cried all night long the night before because he wanted to scratch and we wouldn't let him. first thing Sunday morning we rushed him into the hospital and the doctor said that he had an allergic reaction to something. His first suggestion was seafood. But I don't recall feeding Amariah any seafood since being in China. Later we learned that Amariah had some shrimp at school, which he has never had before, that I can recall. So, we are guessing that he could be allergic to shell fish. He also earlier that week had an allergic reaction to insect repellant. It was a mild reaction, but he wasn't fully healed from that when he broke out in eczema all over his body about 5 days later. So, the list of things that we suspect he is allergic to is growing: Cows milk, goat milk body wash, insect repellant, and shell fish. So, it has been an eventful week with lots of medication. He also has 4 new teeth coming in. The poor guy needs a brake from all this physical pain and discomfort.
So, we are flying back to Vancouver in 6 days. I so don't feel ready to go back. But we feel that we must. So, much to do here before we take off. Hopefully I will be able to write on here a couple more times before we leave.
Thanks for your prayers, we love you all.
